Abstract: In this talk, recent progress on the development of high quality laser plasma accelerators and photon sources at NCU 100-TW laser facility will be presented.  I will present the laser facility and the recent upgrade. For the development of laser wakefield accelerators (LWFA) and radiation sources, several key progress will be reported, including the first demonstration of wakefield structure and dynamic imaging using a fs high energy electron beam generated by a LWFA, laser-driven x-ray generation based on LWFA, and the first demonstration of tunable relativistic, single-cycle infrared pulse generation from LWFA a tailored plasma structure. Some future plans based on these progresses will also be presented.
