Just after the two advanced LIGO detectors in USA started their operations in 2015, it observed the gravitational wave from a stellar mass binary black hole merger event. Since then, tens of binary black hole/neutron star events have been observed, with the Virgo gravitational wave detector in Italy joining the gravitational wave observatory network. KAGRA at Kamioka, Japan is planned to have its first observing run this year, joining the network.
In this talk, I would like to briefly review the KAGRA status, especially on the data analysis aspects. I also introduce a research on noise cleaning using independent component analysis that we recently publish our result and the search efforts on continuos gravitational waves from pulsars in KAGRA as well as in the literature.
