Abstract: In this talk I will briefly introduce research topics conducted in NCU theoretical Quantum Optics Group. There will be three parts in this talk: (1) X-ray quantum optics, (2) electromagnetically-induced-transparency-related new effects, and (3) modulation of free electron radiation. In order to motivate more students to join our group or AMO-related fields, the level of audience is expected to be undergraduate student. The presentation will be kept as easy as possible.
