為鼓勵及協助本系在校同學，由上詮光纖股份有限公司董事長林松福系友捐贈，設立本獎學金。
In order to encourage and support students of this department, the CEO of FOCI Fiber Optics limited Mr. Lin, Song Fu, former student of the physics department has graciously donated and established this scholarship fund.
本獎學金分為：
The scholarship fund is divided into
一、補助學生出國交流獎助（研修或實驗）：每年15萬元整。獎助大學部、碩士生、 博士生各一名，每人5萬元整。2024.04–2024.09出國申請案(考量疫情因素，出國期間非屬本次期間者仍可提出申請)
1.Financial assistance for students studying abroad (either for study or conducting research): 150000 NTD annually. Divided equally among Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, and PhD students, 1 recipient per category, for a total of 50000 NTD per recipient. 2024.04–2024.09 Application for going abroad (considering the epidemic factors, those who are not in this period of going abroad can still apply)
二、補助學生出席國際會議：每年5萬元整。2024.04–2024.09出國申請案(考量疫情因素，出國期間非屬本次期間者仍可提出申請)
2.Financial assistance for students to attend overseas conferences: 50000 NTD a year. 2024.04–2024.09 Application for going abroad (considering the epidemic factors, those who are not in this period of going abroad can still apply)
三、研究傑出獎助：每年5萬元整。獲獎學生共五名，每人1萬元整。研究論文發表期間:2023.02-2024.01
3.Research excellence award: 50000 NTD a year, awarded to 5 recipients a year, 10000 NTD each. Research paper publication period: 2023.02-2024.01
四、清寒優秀學生獎助：每年6萬元整。成績優異(前一學年學業總平均70分以上，各科成績均及格)者，獲獎學生一名。凡獲獎者，由該系指派同學進行每週3-5小時公共服務為原則。服務內容以擔任次一學期課程助教為優先。
4.Student excellence award: 60000 NTD a year. Awarded to a student with excellent grades (needing an average of at least 70 points for all subjects in the first academic year to qualify), 1 recipient. The Department of Physics will assign weekly 3-5 hours public services to the recipient. The priority of the services is to be a course assistant in the following semester.
上述獎學金金額為補助最高值，實際獎學金補助金額會考量出國地點、研究交流內容、國際會議規模、發表論文期刊層級、其他相關補助..等因素而調整。
The above-mentioned scholarship amount is the maximum value of the subsidy, and the actual amount of the scholarship subsidy will be adjusted in consideration of factors such as the location of the study abroad, the content of the research exchange, the scale of the international conference, the level of the journal of the published paper, and other related subsidies..
