- 填寫『畢業生流向資訊調查問卷』(外籍生免填)
Fill in Graduate’s Career Pathway Questionnaire (foreigner students DON’T NEED)

- 至物理系網頁【系友之家】進入【系友認證】填寫資料。Log on to the NCU Physics alumni webpage 【系友之家】 and register as an alumni【系友認證】

- 完成上述事項後，至系辦繳交：

(2) 門禁卡

*請於4月底前務必完成學籍系統個人英文姓名確認，並與護照姓名相同，逾期不得要求更改，亦不得重新製作英文學位證書。
*研究生因故無法於學期終了前完成領取學位證書者，應於106年7月31日前經指導老師及系所主管同意，向註冊組提出申請延期領取。請至註冊組網站→表格下載→學籍相關表格→[1-22碩博士延後辦理畢業離校申請表]下載填寫，延期領取至遲以106年8月25日中午12時為限。
