Teaching Assistant Application Form
物理系（含生物物理碩博士班）研究生欲申請擔任課程教學助教者，請填寫『課程教學助教志願表』電子檔(請至物理系網頁最新公告下載)，於105年7月11日（一）前回傳 corona@ncu.edu.tw 。
Physics Department (including Graduate Institute of Biophysics) graduate students who wish to serve as teaching assistants (TA), please fill in the TA Application Form (downloadable from the Department webpage: Latest News), and submit corona@ncu.edu.tw before July 11, 2016 (Mon).
依研究生修業規定，修業期間碩士生至少需擔任一學期（上下學期皆可）課程助教、博士生至少需擔任兩學期（上下學期各一）課程助教，方可畢業。
The Graduate Student’s Course Regulations require masters students to serve as TAs for at least one semester (once in either semester), while doctoral students must serve for at least two semesters (once in both semesters) as part of the criteria for graduation.
經分配擔任助教者需選修『PH6015物理教學研習I』課程&『PH9999教學助理教學實務課程』。
Successful appointees are required to register for the course “PH6015 Special Topics on Teaching Physics I”& “PH9999 Practice in Teaching Assistance”.
