填寫『畢業生流向資訊調查問卷』(外籍生免填)
Fill in Graduate’s Career Pathway Questionnaire (foreigner students DON’T NEED)

至物理系網頁【系友之家】進入【系友認證】填寫資料。
Log on to the NCU Physics alumni webpage http://alumni.phy.ncu.edu.tw/identity/step1.php
（如前一學籍即為本系學生，請使用之前的帳號密碼登入。認證成功後會收到確認信。有問題請洽系辦楊小姐/分機65338）
(If you have previously graduated from the department’s program , please use the previous ID for login. A confirmation message shall be sent upon successful verification. For inquiries, please contact Ms Yang at extension no. 65338)
完成上述事項後，至系辦繳交：
After you are done with the above, submit the following to the Physics Department
(1) 離校系所同意書（含學生證正反面影本）
Department’s School Leaving Consent Form (with student card copy attached)
(2) 門禁卡
Door access card
