為維護全校師生健康及良好校園環境，本校為全面禁菸校園，校園內所有室內外場所(含停車場)均禁止吸菸，並禁止使用電子煙及其他類菸品。
近期仍有零星校園吸菸情形，為維護全體師生健康權益，特再次提醒相關規定。依《菸害防制法》規定，未滿20歲者不得吸菸；電子煙則全面禁止使用、製造、輸入、販售、供應、展示及廣告。吸菸不僅危害自身健康，也會影響周遭人員，造成二手菸及三手菸危害。
敬請全體教職員工生及入校訪客共同遵守相關規定，不於校園內吸菸或使用電子煙，共同營造健康、友善、清新的學習與工作環境。

Dear Faculty Members, Staff, and Students,
National Central University is a smoke-free campus. Smoking, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco-related products are prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the campus.
As there have recently been occasional reports of smoking on campus, we would like to remind everyone that individuals under the age of 20 are prohibited from smoking under Taiwan law, and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited.
We kindly ask all faculty members, staff, students, and visitors to comply with campus regulations and help maintain a healthy, clean, and smoke-free environment.
