National Central University Environmental anti – mosquito measures Notice
時 間：115年4月27日上午8：00～17：30
Anti- mosquito measures time: April 27th , 2026 8:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m.
消毒原由及範圍 (Reasons and range of anti- mosquito measures)：
由於天候漸漸高溫炎熱，恐使大量病媒蚊孳生，擬針對全校戶外公共區域陽光照射不到之陰暗角落、水溝（含各館舍屋基周邊）及緊鄰本校西北側外圍之排水溝渠，進行消毒防治工作，施工期間有藥劑警示味道，請各館舍暫時將窗戶關閉，造成不便，敬請見諒。
請各館舍確實執行「巡、倒、清、刷」，如有積水情形應立即清除，並配合於施作3天前完成屋基周圍水溝落葉及污泥清理，以阻絕病媒蚊孳生及登革熱，並達環境消毒之效果。
The gradually increasing high temperature may cause a large number of vector mosquitoes to breed. It is planned to anti- mosquito measures for the dark corners and the gutterways of the outdoor public areas, including the periphery of all the buildings, and the drainages adjacent to the western side of the campus. During the construction period, There may produce unpleasant smells. Please all the buildings close windows temporarily. Apologize for the inconvenience.Please ensure that each building carries out “patrol, overturn, clean, and scrub” measures diligently.
Each facility is requested to diligently carry out ‘inspection, draining, cleaning, and scrubbing.’ Any stagnant water should be removed immediately, and in coordination, the cleaning of leaves and sludge from the ditches around building foundations should be completed at least three days prior to implementation, in order to prevent the breeding of disease-carrying mosquitoes and dengue fever, as well as to achieve the effect of environmental disinfection.
預計消毒範圍：建物館舍外屋基周邊水溝及戶外公共區域。施作順序如附件

[註]若本次施作時逢下雨或強風等其他不適合噴灑因素時，將於115年5月1日施作，不再另行公告，謝謝合作!!
If there is any unsuitable situation for spraying pesticide,such as raining or strong wind, the anti- mosquito measures will be expected to conducted on May 1th without any futher notice. Thank you for your cooperation!

防治方式：使用動力噴霧機，針對全校建築物戶外屋基周圍、水溝及周邊樹(灌)木、樹葉背面蚊蟲易棲習處，實施殘效噴灑。

注意事項(Attention):
1. 請全校教職員生、寵物在消毒時間內儘量減少在校園戶外活動，以避免吸入消毒藥劑，並請準備口罩於必要時配戴。
In order to prevent from inhaling disinfectant, please avoid doing outdoor activity in the campus during the sterilization. Besides, please prepare the mask to wear if it is necessary.
2. 本類藥劑正常使用時很少引起中毒，但可能對皮膚略有刺激反應，若大量過度接觸或誤食時，可能引起過度敏感、活動減少、俯臥、疲軟、流涎、咳嗽、流鼻水等症狀。
This disinfectant rarely cause poisoning during normal use. However, it may lead to skin irritate. When you touch too much disinfectant or eat by mistake, it may cause allergy, languor, drooling, coughing, and running nose, etc.
3. 解毒及急救方式：眼睛或皮膚不慎接觸藥液時，應以大量清水連續沖洗15分鐘後再送醫診治。若不慎吸入藥霧，應立即將病患移至通風處再送醫診治。如有緊急狀況，可致電(02)2875-7525 #821臺北榮民總醫院臨床毒物與職業醫學科尋解，必要時持本藥劑標示送榮總毒物科診治。
Detoxification and first aid: If the eye or skin accidentally contacts the disinfectant, it should be rinsed continuously with plenty of water for 15 minutes before going to the hospital. If you accidentally inhale the spray, you should immediately go to a ventilated place and then going for the medical treatment. If there is an emergency situation, you can call +886-2-2875-7525 #821, Taipei Veterans General Hospital Department of Clinical Toxicology and Occupational Medicine, for help. You should take the label of this disinfectant to the hospital if it is necessary.
4. 各館舍屋基周圍，請勿堆放雜物（若有易燃物品請事先告知）並儘可能保持通道淨空，以供施工人員進入施工，施作時並請暫時關閉門窗。
Please do not pile up sundries around the buildings, and keep the aisle clean. Please inform in advance if there are flammable materials. Make sure that the windows are closed during the sterilization.
