Abstract:
The discovery of the Higgs boson at the LHC came without any sign of supersymmetry or other new Physics. At the moment none has a clue what the Higgs is. Is it a fundamental particle? What physics is responsible for its appearance? The newly arrived data from LHC at a world record of 13TeV energy can provide the answers and reveal the new physics.
In this talk an unconventional introduction to the Higgs and its role in particle physics will be given. Some of the new LHC results including hints for new physics will be presented. The impact of Taiwan in the future of Higgs measurements will be discussed.
