1. 專題課選課流程:Process of adding special topic courses
(1)即日起至115/02/25(三)12點 :學生填寫本調查表。Students fill out this questionnaire before 12:00 on February 25th (Wednesday).
(2)115/02/25(三)下午:系辦公室彙整專題選課名單、送各指導老師確認指導事實及同意修課。The department office sends the student list to each advisor who needs to confirm the instruction fact and agree students to take courses on the afternoon of February 25th (Wednesday).
(3)115/03/02(一):收齊指導教授同意信函後,由系辦公室登入選課系統進行人工加選。 The department office adds courses online for students on March 2nd (Monday).
2.確認專題課是否已加選:Confirm whether the special topic courses have been added
請於 115/03/03(二) 登入選課系統確認所選專題課已加選。若有問題請儘速通知系辦公室。 Please log in to the course selection system on March 3rd (Tues.) to confirm that the selected special topic courses have been added. If you have any problems, please notify the department office as soon as possible.
3.更換專題指導教師請主動通知系辦吳小姐,以免影響學期末成績評分作業。 If you change the advisor during the semester, please notify Ms’ Wu of the department office.
