IP 使用調查(IP database survey)

為配合數位發展部進行資安外部稽核作業，需重新盤點經由物理系網管室申請之IP地址及其使用狀況。此次調查對象包含本系各辦公室、研究室、實驗室等單位。

敬請曾向物理系網管室申請IP地址之單位協助填寫以下表單，並回報目前仍在使用中的IP地址及相關資訊（一次表單填寫一個IP地址）。表單填寫截止日期：10月11日（星期六）

屆時未回報之IP地址將視同未使用並由網管室統一收回。如後續仍有使用需求，需重新向網管室提出申請。

為確保網路資源有效管理與稽核順利進行，敬請各單位務必配合填寫。感謝您的協助！

To comply with the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ external cybersecurity audit, we are investigating the status of IP addresses previously registered from the computer room. This survey covers all departmental offices, research groups, laboratories, and related units.

We kindly ask all units that have previously applied for IP addresses from the computer room to complete the following form and report the IP addresses that are still in use, along with relevant information. (Please submit one form per IP address.)

Deadline for form submission: Sat. day, Oct 11
IP addresses not reported by the deadline will be considered inactive and will be reclaimed by the computer room. Units requiring reclaimed IP addresses at a later time must submit a new application.
