1. The ceremony will be held on May 25th (Saturday) in the morning. The related activities and locations are as follows:
(1) Graduates assembly and group photos for each college: Starting from 9:00 am, each college should follow the group photo process announced on the graduation ceremony website (hereinafter referred to as the website announcement), and enter the venue directly after the photo session. For information on the assembly time and location, please refer to the website announcement. (2) The graduation ceremony will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the auditorium. Parents can rest in the parent rest area on the 1stLuo Jialun Hall, 2nd203room, and basement floors of the Teaching and Research Building.
2. The certificate for the parents of the representatives on stage for the harvest ceremony will be issued at the entrance of the second floor of the auditorium. Each representative can only receive two certificates for the graduates who will be on stage. The certificates will be issued at 1 pm on May 24th during the rehearsal in the auditorium. The representative must participate in the rehearsal to receive the certificate.
3. If each department plans a farewell party on May 25th, please coordinate and hold it after 1 pm so that all graduates can participate in each graduation activity.
4. A professional photographer will take photos of the representatives on stage during the harvest ceremony of the ceremony. The photos will be available for download after the ceremony.
