Postdoc Positions in Biophysics/Soft-matter/Complex Systems at
Institute of BioPhysics & Center for Complex Systems, National Central University, Taiwan

We have several postdoc openings on theoretical/computational biophysics and soft-matter physics. The candidates are expected to have backgrounds in one of these areas: biophysics, soft-matter physics, nonlinear dynamics, statistical physics, theoretical physics, or computational sciences. Current research topics includes: nonlinear dynamics in networks, Neuronal networks, Cardiac physics, complex biological networks, DNA dynamics, models on biomolecules, Neuroscience data analysis & modeling, etc. We have close collaborations with experimentalists in our group working on similar systems. Applicants having background/training other than physics, but with experience in computation or theoretical methods are also welcome. Applicant should submit a curriculum vita, publication list to: Prof. Pik-Yin Lai at pylai@phy.ncu.edu.tw. The starting date can be flexible, but reviewing process begins immediately and will continue until these positions are filled.
