** Proceedings: There will be no formal proceedings published. We will put all presentation files on the program page, and finally in a one-time-load-all format. We will also put up electronic proceedings, for speakers who are interested in providing write-ups. It's optional, and has no constraint on length. Typical proceedings article length is recommended.

Program aim: The ICFP conference program aims at a balanced presentation of theoretical and experimental results on all flavor physics issues of the quark and leptonic sectors, including neutrinos. We hope to have an equal focus on perspectives within as well as beyond the Standard Model.
