以離子束(H2+,H3+,He+,Ca2+,Ar+)或質子(H+)束探測氣體或金屬表面的結構,藉由光譜的分析(如:圖一,二,三)我們可以瞭解這類碰撞的散射截面積、電荷交換的情形,和經由碰撞而產生的濺射離子或原子速度分佈與入射的離子的關係。
本實驗室目前備有:
(1) Duplasmatron ion source (5 KeV - 30
KeV)
(2) Coulotron ion source ( 1 KeV - 10
KeV )
(3) Vacuum chamber ( ~5*10E-10 torr )
(4) Spectrometer ( arc 1 m)
(5) Data Acquisation system
